  • I want to hire a ride, how much does it cost?

    Ride hire varies depending on your location, the date, availability of that ride on the date and how many hours you require the ride. 


    To receive an accurate quote please send us an email at info@billsamusements.com with the event name, location, date, start & finish time of hire and which rides/equipment you’d like a quote for.

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

    YES! Bills Amusements holds a $20,000,00 Public Liability Certificate of Currency. 


    Please feel free to ask for a copy of our Public Liability Insurance when making your booking.

  • Are your rides maintained and inspected?

    All our rides are registered with WPHS and have a 10 Yearly report where required. 


    Each ride is inspected annually by an engineer and undergo regular maintenance which is logged on our digital maintenance system. 


    You can be rest assured safety is our number one priority as at each event we thoroughly check each ride and complete a digital daily checklist by a competent trained person.

  • How do Unlimited Ride Passes work?

    At many of our events we offer an Unlimited Ride Pass. Unlimited Ride Passes allow a rider to ride as many times as they wish between the times the ride passes are run for. Ride passes are per person per event/session. 


    A team member of Bills Amusements will issue the pass to the allocated person, placing a wristband on, these wristbands are only valid if they stay securely on. 


    Age and height restrictions do apply with some rides and ride passes are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

  • Are your operators trained?

    Yes! Our operators undergo physical and practical training on each ride. 


    We only allow employees to operate a ride if they are deemed competent and have completed relevant training.

  • Do you hire out inflatables for adults?

    No, unfortunately our inflatable only cater for 12yr & under.

  • Are there any restrictions on your rides?

    Yes, most of our rides have restrictions.

  • Do you hire out for kids’ birthday parties?

    No unfortunately our insurance doesn’t cover us for these types of parties.

  • What happens during the event if it rains?

    We have a weather policy which we must follow in weather conditions.  Most common conditions which may inter with our equipment is wind or rain. 


    We monitor our inflatables when winds develop 30 km/per hour and deflate inflatables once it exceeds 40km/per hour. 


    In light rain we monitor all rides and if it becomes to heavy, rides are temporarily closed until the rains eases. 


    You can ask us for a copy of our weather policy when making a booking.

  • How early should I make a booking?

    We tend to book out 6 months in advanced, especially towards end of year. Bookings can be made 1 year ahead of time. 


    Once a quote has been agreed upon, a 10% deposit and signed booking contract is required to secure all bookings.
